Award-Winning Nonprofit Video Production and Strategic Storytelling
The video shines a spotlight on the Children’s Healing Institute’s Parent Aide Program, which provides weekly, in-home support to help parents build confidence, strengthen parenting skills, and create healthier family relationships.
Through a minimum six-month commitment, families work one-on-one with trained Parent Aides to improve problem-solving skills, access vital community resources, enhance child safety, and develop stronger emotional connections with their children using the nationally recognized, evidence-based Exchange Parent Aide model.
The program’s measurable impact became a central focus of the production, including the fact that 97% of parents who complete the program gain new coping skills and stronger relationships with their children.
The documentary-style piece emphasized a simple but powerful message: families don’t just stabilize through support systems like this — they thrive.

Hervis of Brandstory Communications. “The Children’s Healing Institute Parent Aide Program is changing families for the better every single day, and we’re proud to help share that impact through meaningful visual storytelling.”
What Are the Telly Awards?
The Telly Awards honor excellence in video and television across all screens. Founded in 1979 to recognize local, regional, and cable television commercials, the awards later expanded to include non-broadcast video and television programming.
As digital media evolved, the Telly Awards grew to celebrate a wide range of modern visual storytelling formats, including branded content, documentaries, social media campaigns, immersive media, and online video productions.
Today, the Telly Awards recognize the best work in the video medium during a transformative era of storytelling across broadcast, streaming, social, and digital platforms.
Each year, the Telly Awards receive more than 13,000 entries globally from all 50 states and six continents, honoring outstanding work from some of the world’s leading advertising agencies, television stations, production companies, brands, and publishers.
The competition recognizes creative work produced on behalf of clients, brands, companies, nonprofit organizations, and independent creators.
